Registration Fee includes
Evening cocktail reception, plenary & Keynote Address on Wednesday, June 16th

Student & Regular Registration accepted before June 11, 2010 (with full payment)
On-site registration: Please call 24 hours prior to the conference to ensure that it has not sold out.
Registrations are accepted on a full-payment, first-come, first serve basis only. A $15.00 charge will be applied to NSF cheques.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the conference, contact us by phone or email to either designate an alternate or to request a refund. Refunds (minus a $50.00 administration fee) will be given up to May 15, 2010. No refunds will be given after this date.
