Help level the playing field for troubled children

Did you know that one in every five Canadian children has a serious mental health problem?

The Offord Centre for Child Studies directly addresses the needs of these troubled children by conducting research that helps us understand the root causes of major problems like abuse, autism, depression, poverty, difficult families, and more.

Help us help these kids by taking part in our annual fundraiser, the CHIP IN fore CHILDREN GOLF-A-THON.

You can participate in one of three ways:

Play the course

If you love to golf, you’ll love our Golf-A-Thon. Where else can you get the chance to play one hundred holes of golf in one day?

To participate, you’ll need to collect pledges in support of the Offord Centre for Child Studies. Then enjoy a great day of golfing with a select group of golfers, followed by a dinner and the opportunity to receive valuable prizes based on your fundraising success.

Make a donation

Make your donation directly or support one of our golfers. Your contribution will be used to maintain our research excellence and communicate our findings to ensure that all children grow into healthy, contributing adults.

Join our volunteer committee

Join the group of committed volunteers who help to make our Golf-A-Thon such a success. As a member of our Golf-A-Thon Committee, you’ll hone your organizational skills and make new friends.
