A PowerPoint Presentation by Dr. Jean Clinton

Dr. Jean Clinton is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neuroscience at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.  A specialist in early child development, parenting and asset building, she is a strong advocate for children’s issues.  Her community involvement includes serving as the Ontario Director of the Council for Early Child Development founded by Fraser Mustard, and as Chair of the Hamilton Early Learning Partnership & Best Practice Evaluation Committee.  Dr. Clinton is also an Associate Member at the Offord Centre for Child Studies, and affiliated with both the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster and the Department of Child Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.

In this PowerPoint presentation, Dr. Clinton demonstrates how our relationships with our children are a key factor in shaping their long-term health and well-being.  We realize that some of the slides, especially those with charts and tables, may not be self-explanatory.  Notes will be added in the coming weeks to help clarify.
